School Success Group Week 2! ✏️📚

Day 1, we talked about our emotions and how they impact our self-regulation speedometer. Playing some ball games and balloon tennis helped us to practice coordination and other gross motor skills. 🏸🎈

Day 2, was all about building body and self-awareness with our ‘Picture of Me’ activity. We decorated our pictures, practiced writing our name, as well the things we like and dislike. There was even an opportunity to present this to our friends and family, how fun! 🤩✨

We are closed today for the public holiday and will reopen tomorrow as usual! Stay safe, stay cool and enjoy the sunshin...

Day 1, we did lots of big muscle activities. We went on a ‘Bear Hunt’,
and created an obstacle course to work on body awareness, gross motor skills and fine motor skills. 🐻🐾

Day 2, we did some fun body strength exercises like wheelbarrows and cannonball kicks. We also explored our emotions and did some activities to help us understand how we can regulate them. 💪🏻💪🏻
