Korean Fried Chicken!

Still one of my fav Thermomix dishes. So delicious and super easy to make gluten free. It’s hard to find gluten free fried chicken, so do yourself a favour and make your own…I promise you will not regret it!!!

This is a must everyone with a TM6 must try!!! It’s so easy and is a great example of multilayered cooking 😍

Everything is cooked in the tmx, the egg, bacon, pasta, chicken and dressing!

Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad 😍

Another great lunch time option, and so easy to prep ahead for the week. Kids demolished it 🤤

Red pesto chicken salad!

This one was so so yummy!! We all really enjoyed it! I do think it was perhaps more of a side then a main meal for a hungry family. So I’d probably do it as side for a bbq next time, or even lunch’s. But it was still delicious!

Spiced red wine pears 🤤

Ok even if your not the biggest fan of res wine or pears, you need to try this!!! The combo together is just amazinggggg.

The recipe also makes this creamy banana ice cream which is the perfect accompaniment!

The good news keeps on coming!! If you have an older model thermomix, even if it’s not at its best anymore, you can trade up to the current model! 😍 For a very limited time from the 14th - 28th Feb, so just 2 weeks. The older models will be refurbished and given to charity groups to help many more peopl ❤️
