I know it was a kit....... But damn I am so happy with how this came out!!!! Stained the body with green dye and a hint of blue, changes out the white pickguard and accessories for a blue pearl one and black k***s and pickup selector cap as well as full black pickup covers, and even 3d printed a backguard. Even managed to dial the guitar in so it sounds great!!!
Better learn how to play it now I guess 🤣🤣🤣

Brcause of my undiagnosed "special brain" powers 🤣🤣 I always go 100000% at whatever it it is I am trying to learn so I bought myself a kit guitar to build. I just finished staining the body and just wanted to post a couple progress shots as I really love the green/blue effect I got and with the chatoyance in the wood it looks great. Will stat working on the final clear coat in the coming days.

Sssssooooooooo......... I did a thing....... Damn boxing day sales.
So since getting rid of my knifemaking gear I have decided to embark on new hobbies. So be prepared to watch me learn how to draw (something I always wish I was good at) and also 3d print (and by proxy learn CAD design)

I had the utmost pleasure to receive this amazing piece of art from today. After everything that has happened this year I decided I should treat myself to a Christmas gift. And boy oh boy did he out so himself. 80crv core with copper and Damascus cladding, with ancient gum, copper and acrylester handle. This thing is an absolute laser.
