Helan runs Art sessions for clients who are on NDIS who are either self or plan managed. Helan also runs Art team building and relaxation workshops.

Helan is passionate about bringing relaxation and peace to a tired and stressed out life.

this is a good example of what art therapy can help with. By just 'being' with a qualified art therapist who is caring, giving, listening, able to offer choice of materials, creates a safe space - this can help more than 'talk therapy' alone.
