Art Therapy with Helan Helan runs Art sessions for clients who are on NDIS who are either self or plan managed. Helan also runs Art team building and relaxation workshops.

Helan is passionate about bringing relaxation and peace to a tired and stressed out life.

I just completed my supervision training! Here is an art work showing what came forward during the course - for me the little houses at the bottom were different practitioners who will come to me for supervision- each one will be different and will have a different group of clients. The greenery depicts the flourishing of each practitioner - their gardens are growing. The girl with the umbrella is protecting herself from feeling overwhelmed, even though the ‘rain’ is love hearts - pressure, even good things can be pressurising. Clear skies with growing plants - feels safe! Looking forward to the journey
