Well, for me it does. When I have a physical routine, the balance flows through to my mental state - I think most clearly when running and can easily prioritise my tasks for the day. And because I can think clearly, I can observe my emotional state and choose where to put that energy.

One week until Reiki Mass! 🌿

Just back from Wave Rock where it was easy to stand in awe of this 2.7 billion year old formation. Being in nature with family reminded me why our November Reiki Mass theme matters so much - emotional wellbeing isn't luxury, it's essential.

When you’re trying to film a professional Reiki Mass intro and gravity has other plans 😂🤦‍♀️

This was supposed to be a serene explanation of what Reiki Mass is… instead you get me vs. my bolster. The bolster won.

But honestly, this is kind of the vibe - come as you are, let go of perfection, and sometimes the best moments are when we just roll with it (literally).

✨ Tomorrow night is the night! ✨

I’m gutted I can’t be there as I’ll be away on a Reiki retreat with the Reiki Association of WA, but I had to share this with you all! 🙏

Catherine and Willow, two of the most incredible souls I know and constant sources of inspiration, are hosting a Cacao Ceremony that promises to be pure magic. 🍫

These beautiful humans create the most sacred spaces for healing and connection, and I’m so grateful to call them friends. Even though I can’t be there in person, I know this evening will be absolutely transformative.

They’re guiding an immersive sound experience with the ancient wisdom of cacao, healing music, and deep meditation. Think profound rest, soulful insights, and genuine connection, all the things we need more of right now.
