SA Paediatrics is looking for a warm, organised, and motivated full-time receptionist to join our friendly, multidisciplinary medical and allied health practice in North Adelaide.
👶 We are a specialist paediatric clinic, working with newborns, children, and families — so kindness, professionalism, and great communication skills are essential.
🩺 What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting families and making them feel welcome
• Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
• Processing Medicare claims and payments
• Supporting our paediatricians and allied health professionals
🧩 What we’re looking for:
• Long term goal of career medical reception (preferred)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfort with computers, medical software, and multi-tasking
• A compassionate and calm attitude — especially with families and little ones
