With over 20 years experience, Sandra brings a calming and nurturing touch to every treatment. Having worked in 5 star hotels to Luxury cruise ships and wellness spas - Sandra  specialises in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, she’s passionate about helping women feel lighter, relaxed and more connected to their bodies.

We’re excited to have her in clinic on Monday evenings & Friday mornings.

Meet our newest class… Minis & Me

A space where you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and looking after your little ones.

Bring your babies, toddlers, kids of any age – this class is designed so mums, dads, grandparents (everyone) can still move their body, without having to organise care.

Expect a relaxed, welcoming environment where it’s completely okay if little ones are playing, feeding, or needing you in between exercises.

We’ll have toys on hand to keep little ones entertained, and there’s always a helping hand if you need us to push the pram ♥️
