Bowen Therapy is a very effective form of bodywork, where gentle moves are performed over muscles and soft tissue, stimulating the nervous system to reset and heal. Frequent pauses between moves allow the body to process the messages and commence healing. By combining moves, the practitioner can either benefit the body as a whole, or target a specific problem.
