Some journeys start with a rehab program… but Caitlyn’s turned into years of strength, balance, and showing up for herself.

She first came to me for shoulder rehab and a reset after the chaos of Covid — because let’s be honest, postpartum bodies deserve just as much rehab as any injury 😂

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching her through one full pregnancy, and now again through baby number two.
Despite a hectic schedule and all the wildness that comes with motherhood, she still makes space to move, lift, and prioritise her wellbeing.

Her biggest lesson?
“Balance is everything 🧘‍♀️”
Her favourite moves?
Deadlifts & weighted squats 🙌🏻
(And yes — she absolutely rocks them.)

Training through pregnancy isn’t just “safe” — it’s one of the best things you can do.

Meet Bec — the kind of woman who looked in the mirror one day and decided, “Nope. I deserve better.”

She walked into the gym planning to stick to cardio… then picked up a weight and fell head-over-heels for the process. And honestly? That shift changed everything.

What I love most about Bec’s story is her honesty: “Diet is key!”
Strength training gives you power, confidence, and capability — but nutrition is the part that shapes your energy, your progress, your recovery, your everything. Bec embraced both sides of the journey, and that’s why her results speak for themselves.

And yes… her favourite moves are anything legs —
except Bulgarians.

When Kelsey began her strength journey, it wasn’t about restriction… it was about living fully.
She wanted to enjoy her favourite foods and feel confident in her body.

Then she fell pregnant — and instead of slowing down, she kept training.
Because moving her body made her feel strong, grounded, and capable… even when mama hormones were doing their wild, wonderful, unpredictable thing.

🌟 Client to Coach: Ashley’s Story 🌟

Last night was something truly special — sharing the stage with Ashley, not just as my client, but as a fellow Personal Trainer. We both took home the same award for our clubs, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come.

Here’s what Ashley had to say about her journey:

“My journey started properly because I was turning 30 and hated myself. So I decided to kick it into gear and do something about it instead of sitting around feeling sorry for myself. Once I started with Kerry, I began to see real results — not just physically, but in how I understood training. I learned why I was doing what I was doing — the importance of reps, progression, and training with purpose.

My focus became health and happiness. Kerry is, and always will be, my mentor — one of my biggest inspirations for why I went back to study fitness and become a personal trainer myself.”

Watching Ashley transform her mindset, rebuild her confidence, and now pay it forward by helping others find their strength — that’s what it’s all about. 💪

💪 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: SHARON’S STRENGTH STORY 💪

From being told at 18 that she could end up in a wheelchair by 25, to proving every single doctor wrong — Sharon’s journey is one of resilience, courage, and comeback power.

She started her journey by learning how to train safely and effectively, building the strength that would keep her moving. Each pregnancy meant starting over again, but Sharon never gave up — even when injury, exhaustion, and life’s curveballs made it hard to find her spark.

Now she’s pushing past gym anxiety, focusing on herself again, and working towards feeling strong, confident, and empowered.
Her story is a powerful reminder that we never truly know what someone else is going through — so always lead with kindness. 💙

Yesterday, Deb smashed out a big upper body day — including strict barbell presses — and absolutely nailed it! 🙌

Post-menopausal and winning, Deb continues to prove that strength has no age limit. Between her strength training, BodyPump, and hitting 10–15k steps every single day, she’s showing what consistency, dedication, and a positive mindset can achieve.

Time for a Change

During 2019 I made the MASSIVE decision to change my career path. I hunger to do something that helps transform and uplift the lives of others around me. I know that I have so much more to give. LIFE is for LIVING!

I am so EXCITED to have finished studying my Cert III & Cert IV in Fitness through NHFA. I feel more at home in the Gym than I do anywhere else (besides my actual home, of course).
