Some journeys start with a rehab program… but Caitlyn’s turned into years of strength, balance, and showing up for herself.
She first came to me for shoulder rehab and a reset after the chaos of Covid — because let’s be honest, postpartum bodies deserve just as much rehab as any injury 😂
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching her through one full pregnancy, and now again through baby number two.
Despite a hectic schedule and all the wildness that comes with motherhood, she still makes space to move, lift, and prioritise her wellbeing.
Her biggest lesson?
“Balance is everything 🧘♀️”
Her favourite moves?
Deadlifts & weighted squats 🙌🏻
(And yes — she absolutely rocks them.)
