*I strive to provide every client with a full treatment experience.
However,if you arrive 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚, your treatment will be 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 to accommodate the remaining time, and you will still be charged the 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚.

Please provide at least 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made
-with less than 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬' notice will incur a $𝟐𝟎 booking fee, which is non-refundable.
-with less than 𝟔 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 𝟓𝟎% of the 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚 will be applied.

If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to contact me within 𝟐𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 of your scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged a 𝟏𝟎𝟎% of the 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚.

WP Massage Studio requires that any client 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 the age of 𝟏𝟖 be accompanied by a parent/guardian and that the parent/guardian remain in the treatment room for the entire duration of the treatment.
For clients aged between 16 and 17, written permission from a parent or guardian is required to proceed with treatment 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 the presence of the parent/guardian in the treatment room.
