Gather My Crew is an Australian charity on a mission to build support around people facing tough times. Their free app simplifies the process of asking for and offering help — whether it’s transport, meals, company, childcare, home help, groceries, dog walking, or anything else that is needed. Over 50,000 Australians have used Gather My Crew to organise over 320,000 hours of support from their community!

As allied health professionals, you see firsthand the impact on patients when they are not

Esprit Psychology began in Beerwah in 2016, with the
aim of bringing high-quality, affordable & accessible
psychological services to the area.

Kelly (psychologist) is an experienced psychologist, registered with AHPRA and the AAPI, working primarily with teenagers and adults (aged 15 years +), faced with challenges like anxiety,
depression, stress, grief & loss, and relationship & work-related issues.

Kelly uses proven psychological methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

At Esprit Psychology, we can see clients funded by Medicare (GP
referral required), the NDIS, Workcover QLD & DVA, as well as private clients.

Our fee is $140.00 per session. For people with a referral from their GP, you can currently get a rebate of $96.65 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Five finger breathing is another technique to add to your mental health toolbox this year! It's a great one to help you slow down and regulate your breathing.

Start by holding one hand in front of you with your fingers spread. Slowly trace outside your hand with the index finger on your other hand, breathing in when you trace up a finger, and out when you trace down.
