Any ideas people?

I have a vulnerable family I am working with and the husband has a large tumour in his bladder which needs specialist intervention in Sydney, however the hospital is refusing to transport him even though he is medically unstable due to “finances” does anyone have any tips that may assist this poor family in such an awful time?
