I’ve just returned from 3 delightful days on the Yorke Peninsula, during which beach walking was my movement choice (along with more sedentary practices, such as reading and playing board games)
MOVEMENT practices come in so many shapes and forms and it’s so important to shift gears and move in different ways in order to challenge, strengthen, adapt and regenerate muscles and tissues PLUS the benefits to our brain!
This is one of the reasons our practices together at YOGA GARAGE are so varied.
Yin, Yang, Flow, MFR and lots of fascia based movement classes!

Through yoga practice we integrate body, mind and emotions to bring about a state of balance
Yoga teaches us to do what we can without forceful action (regardless of how we are practicing, non force is a non negotiable)
In this way we can shape every practice to suit our individual needs
