🦴 The Bone Bus is at IHS this week! 🚐✨

A quick reminder that the Bone Bus is here 24–28 November to provide fast, painless bone density scans for eligible patients. If you’re 70+ and due for a check, this is a great chance to stay on top of your bone health.

Early detection matters, don’t miss out!

🦴 The Bone Bus is Coming to IHS! 🚐

We’re excited to share that the Bone Bus will be visiting Integrative Health Solutions from 24th – 28th November to provide bone density testing for eligible patients in our community.

This simple, painless scan takes just 2 minutes and helps identify osteoporosis early. An important step in protecting your bone health. 💪

Who’s eligible:
✅ Patients aged 70 and over
✅ At risk of osteoporotic fracture
✅ Have not had a bone density (DEXA) scan in the past 24 months
✅ Have visited the practice in the past 12 months

Cost:
💚 Bulk billed for concession card holders
💲 Small gap of $28.45 for those without a concession card

How to get involved:
1️⃣ Book a brief appointment or phone consultation with one of our family GPs to obtain your referral.
2️⃣ Once your referral is complete, contact the Bone Bus directly to book your scan

Results will be sent back to your GP within a few days for review and follow-up.
