All the Drs see clients from all age groups, including newborns. Dr Nancy and Dr Emily are passionate about Women's Health, pregnancy and childhealth. They hold regular free informative talks at the practice. All Drs have focus on family chiropractic care. Dr Jamie's is a Professional sportsman so passion is in sports rehab and fitness, helping his patients return to functional fitness levels. Focus on injury rehab and prevention. All doing regular talks in and out of the clinic on stretching and rehab movement skills. All Drs publish exercise,Sports Rehab information and health Blogs on our website, including videos on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Dr Beau and Dr Morgan also see clients for ongoing pain management, injury prevention & sports rehab. All Drs enjoy working with sportsmen and women who need sport-specific physiology and biomechanics rehabilitation helping them reach optimum physical strength. They are extremely passionate about Health and Wellness and helping you achieve the best results possible. The clinic also has a Naturopath available specialising in all aspects of wellness, health, nutrition, skin and dietary issues, including hormones and immune related conditions. Remedial massage Therapy is also available inhouse, by appointment only, if needed as part of your care. Belridge is a stockist for Metagenics, Bioceuticals, and a supplier of a variety of Therapeutic Pillows, posture poles and rollers, lumbar supports and wedges to assist correct posture and improve mobility. Back-to-school routines can get hectic, but the little things make a big difference to your child’s growing spine and overall health. 🎒
Pack school bags smartly by placing heavier items closest to the spine, zipping up all compartments, avoiding over-packing, and always using both padded shoulder straps for even weight distribution.

Fuel their school day with a balanced, nutritious lunch full of fruits, vegetables and filling snacks to support energy, focus and healthy development. 🍏🥕🍞

With children spending so much time at desks, good posture is essential. Encourage relaxed shoulders, sitting upright and keeping both feet flat on the floor — a habit that can even be practised at the dinner table. If your child is slouching or complaining of back discomfort after school, it may be time for extra support.

✔️ Backpacks: Keep weight under 10–15% of body weight, use both straps, and pack heavier items closest to the spine.
🥗 Healthy lunches: Fuel growing brains and muscles with protein, whole foods, and hydration for better focus and posture.
😴 Sleep routines: Consistent sleep supports nervous system development, concentration, and physical recovery.
📱 Limit screen time: Too much screen use increases neck strain, headaches, and postural stress.
💻 Desk posture: Feet flat, screen at eye level, elbows supported.
📲 Handheld screens: Bring the screen up to eye level instead of bending the neck to reduce “tech neck.”

A healthy spine supports better movement, focus, and learning. If your child complains of aches, headaches, or fatigue, a chiropractic check may help.

We offer a Remedial Massage Therapist onsite to assist with your injury rehabilitation and pain management.
