At Podiatry One the health and well-being of our patients and employees is of the utmost importance.

With this in mind we would like to share how we are handling the current COVID-19 situation.

It is essential to us that our patients continue to feel comfortable coming into the clinic and that we are going above and beyond to protect your health.

We have elevated our already high standards of hygiene, incorporating additional cleaning and disinfecting procedures.

This care and attention also applies to our staff. Hand cleansing is done before and after treatments with protective gloves, aprons and masks worn by our practitioners during consultations.

Antibacterial hand sanitiser is available at the front desk for you to use on arrival and departure.

We remain open for business, however if you have any of the following symptoms and/or travelled overseas in the last 14 days, we ask that you please call to reschedule your appointment:

-fever
-cough
-sore throat
-shortness of breath

We will continue to follow the advice from the health authorities and will keep you updated.

Let’s be real, our feet will spend the most time in slippers this chilly season. In saying this, slippers can be a fall/slip hazard and can also cause foot pain including heel and arch pain if not manufactured appropriately.

Features to look for include:
-Hard rubber non-slip outer sole
-Firm heel counter
-Internal arch support
-Flex at the toes
