Yesterday I had the absolute honour in guiding my sister through a Postpartum Womb Hara Massage session.

Her body was yearning for some love and nurturing. Child birth and those first few weeks of motherhood can be so exhausting and challenging so allowing herself some time to be nurtured was exactly what she needed.

She was able to have 2 hours to honour her body and her heart and womb for the most amazing miracle that her baby is. Bubs had a lovely feed just as we began and soon settled in with the healing vibrations in the room.
