As we approach New Year’s Eve 🎆, we’d like to share an update on our doctors’ availability over the holiday period:

🩺 Doctor Availability Updates

1️⃣ Dr. Arash will be available as usual.
2️⃣ Dr. Mario will be returning home and will resume work on Friday, January 2, 2026.
3️⃣ Dr. Dmitrii will be taking a few days off for New Year’s Day and will return refreshed on Monday next week.
4️⃣ Dr. Rishaal will be working tomorrow before heading off for a short holiday and will return on Monday.
5️⃣ Dr. Ruwandi is taking time off to study for her fellowship exams and will return on January 19 📚. We wish her every success—she truly deserves it and is an exceptionally hardworking and intelligent doctor.
6️⃣ Dr. Sreshta will be joining us on February 4, ready to meet our community at TD II 🎉—how exciting!
7️⃣ Our specialist team, including a well-known cardiologist from Brisbane ❤️, will be commencing with us in mid-January. Scheduling is currently being finalised, and we will update you as soon as start dates are confirmed.

📞 Important Notes

Please feel free to contact our team for repeat prescriptions or any requests, as advised by your doctor. These can be safely arranged over the phone in the next couple of days. As our HotDocs bookings are currently very busy with prebooked patients, please let our front staff know if you need to reach your regular doctor regarding any concerns.

We want to inform our valued patients that, due to specific circumstances and feedback we have received, we have made the decision to discontinue our collaboration with Dr. Sarah Majidi, effective immediately. We take your feedback seriously and are committed to building a strong rapport with our patients and the community.

All skin checks, procedures, and follow-up care for patients who have seen Dr. Sarah in the past week will continue seamlessly with our dedicated team of doctors. Dr. Arash is available to accommodate any patients who may have been dissatisfied with their previous services.

FINA Cyclone Day 3 Update:

As of this morning, we still don't have power or NBN. Dr. Arash and some of our staff are onsite today to answer your calls and respond to urgent requests.

Dr. Arash is happy to see anyone, including new or regular patients, for urgent care requests such as repeat prescriptions, UTIs, URTIs/LRTIs, wound checks, stitch removals, and other urgent health requests.

Please feel free to contact us to reschedule your appointment. We will update you regarding tomorrow's appointments by this afternoon at 4 PM via our page.

Update: Cyclonic Storm Day 2

Good afternoon,

As of now, we still don’t have access to power or proper reception in Bellara. We understand the importance of your health matters requests, and we trust that the emergency crews are doing their best.

1. We are running our generator today to ensure our server is operational.
2. Our front team will be onsite to answer your calls from tomorrow 07:00 am.
3. We hope that the doctors will be able to check their correspondence remotely by tomorrow morning, once the server is running smoothly on the generator.
4. If power is restored overnight, a few of our doctors will also be onsite tomorrow.
5. Please feel free to reach out to our staff starting tomorrow at 07:00 AM to discuss your requests and the doctors' availability.
6. Our goal is to be fully responsive by phone from tomorrow, and we are prepared to welcome you back to normal on Thursday.
