The past few weeks have felt like a roller coaster.
Moments of incredible highs—joy, excitement, faith, and a full heart—followed by moments of doubt, insecurity, and fear.

I guess that’s life.
Learning to feel all of it with ease and grace, rather than pushing it away, has been one of my greatest teachers. Every emotion is a guide, gently leading me back to the space I deserve.

I am so deeply grateful 🫶🏻
To Mich at thank you for illuminating my path and showing me what was possible, one step at a time.

To every beautiful soul I’ve had the privilege to work with—thank you for your vulnerability, your trust, and the love and hugs we’ve shared along the way.

And to my beautiful family—my husband and my three precious children—thank you for being my constant support and my safe place to land.

This is not goodbye, but the beginning of a new chapter.
I look forward to seeing some of you on the Bellarine and sharing new offerings together ✨

A Heartfelt Message to My Beautiful Sunbury Clients✨

I wanted to reach out personally and let you know that I will be finishing up my massage services in Sunbury at the end of this year. This decision hasn’t been easy, and my heart is truly full of gratitude for every one of you who has trusted me with your healing, your stories, your laughter, your tears, your friendship and your wellbeing.

I’m sad to be closing this chapter, but also excited for what’s unfolding next. Although I won’t be offering massages in Sunbury moving forward, I would absolutely love to continue supporting you on your wellness journey.
