THE PINK FULL MOON IN LIBRA
APRIL 1ST 2026. THE THRESHOLD BETWEEN LOVE AND TRUTH.
This is not a gentle opening to April.
This is a reckoning dressed in beauty.
We’re stepping into the first day of this new energetic cycle under a Full Moon in Libra balance, harmony, relationships, truth through reflection. But don’t mistake Libra’s softness. This Moon is a mirror, and it’s going to show you exactly what you’ve been avoiding in yourself and in others.
And you will feel it, because this isn’t just a Full Moon… this is a release point, a clearing and a decision.
At the core of this, we’re sitting on the axis of self versus other. The Moon in Libra pulls you toward connection, compromise, peace. The Sun in Aries pulls you toward independence, truth, assertion.
So let me ask you properly…
Where have you been choosing others at the cost of yourself?
Or choosing yourself in a way that disconnects you from others?
That’s the tightrope here and under this Moon, you’re not being allowed to avoid it anymore.
Now bring Jupiter into this, because this is where it intensifies.
Both the Sun and the Moon are square Jupiter in Cancer. This is not small energy.
Jupiter expands everything.
So emotions become bigger.
Reactions become louder.
Expectations become unrealistic.
But more than that… this is emotional triggering at the root.
Home.
Family.
Security.
The places where you feel safe… or where you feel it most when you’re not.
So this is where you’ll see over giving, over promising, emotional overwhelm and
people pleasing turning into resentment.
And if you’re not aware of it, the shadow comes in…
Arrogance. Projection.
Know it all energy.
Emotional exaggeration.
So this isn’t about what everyone else is doing.
This is the real question where are you overextending yourself? and then blaming others for the imbalance?
Because this Moon will show you that clearly.
And it goes deeper.
Because Libra is ruled by Venus… and Venus is under pressure from Pluto. So this is not light relationship energy. This is shadow work inside connection.
Jealousy coming up.
Control dynamics surfacing.
Manipulation being exposed.
Power struggles rising.
Aphrodite meets Hades.
Love meets power.
Desire meets shadow.
And I’m going to say this clearly… If you’re trying to control the outcome, you are not in your heart, you’re in your fear.
Libra wants unity.
Pluto wants control.
So this is where you’re being asked:
Do you actually want connection? or do you want power? Because you cannot hold both.
This is also a Moon of endings.
Full Moons bring completion, but this one is very clear. Some relationships will deepen because truth is finally spoken. Others will fall away because truth can’t be avoided anymore.
And for some of you, this is the moment you realise that they are not meeting you where you now stand.
Not emotionally.
Not energetically.
Not truthfully.
And that’s clarity. Release them with awareness. Not bitterness.
Now step back and look at the bigger picture. We’re moving into April with no planets in retrograde. Everything is moving forward.
This is rare.
There’s no revisiting.
No going back.
No “I’ll think about it later.”
What you choose now… moves, and it moves quickly. There is strong Aries fire building action, direction and decision.
So this Full Moon becomes a pause before acceleration.
A moment to clear.
To release.
To decide what and who comes with you.
Because once this shifts, it moves fast and there is no more sitting in indecision after this.
And underneath all of this…
You’re coming out of something.
The Sun has just separated from Saturn and Neptune.
So what does that mean?
Confusion is clearing.
Emotional heaviness is lifting.
Reality has already shown itself.
Something has already become clear for you.
Even if you tried to soften it.
Even if you tried to question it.
You already know and this Moon will not let you unsee it.
And then we have the Pink Moon.
This isn’t about colour.
This is about frequency.
Named after creeping phlox a flower that doesn’t ask permission. It spreads, it takes over, it transforms the land quietly but completely and that is exactly what this energy is doing.
Not explosive change… but undeniable expansion.
What has been dormant within you is rising now.
Grief.
Desire.
Truth.
Power.
All of it.
This is heart awakening.
Emotional alchemy.
Soft power becoming visible strength.
Energetically, this is a threshold.
You’re not who you were… but you’re not fully anchored into who you’re becoming either.
And that space in between?
That’s where this Moon sits and thats why it feels intense.
And there is something else running underneath this…
A deeper undercurrent.
A tension around power, structures, hierarchies, things not being fully shown.
That sense that something isn’t quite sitting right.
This energy builds between the 1st and the 7th of April.
So this is where discernment comes in.
Not fear.
Discernment.
Watch behaviour.
Watch patterns.
Watch where something doesn’t land cleanly.
And more than anything…trust what you felt before you tried to talk yourself out of it.
Emotionally and energetically, a lot of you are going to feel heightened sensitivity.
Frustration or delays still lingering (Saturn residue).
Confusion shifting into clarity (Neptune lifting).
Truth rising to the surface (Pluto activation).
There may be moments of conflict.
Moments where you feel pushed.
But this isn’t here to break you.
This is here to bring you into alignment.
So what this Moon is asking of you is very clear honesty without cruelty, boundaries without walls and connection without abandoning yourself.
That’s mastery.
Not choosing self over others.
Not choosing others over self.
But holding both without distortion.
Energetically, this is a powerful time for heart chakra work.
Releasing emotional residue.
Calling your energy back from past connections.
Manifestation rooted in truth, not illusion.
Reclaiming parts of yourself you’ve given away.
