It’s been an intense start to the year. For so many of us, it’s easy to keep pushing — moving from one commitment to the next without ever really stopping. This retreat is an invitation to pause. To step out of the momentum, create space, and remember who you are underneath the busyness, the roles and the constant doing.
March is a beautiful time for this kind of reset. The energy naturally turns inward, making it easier to reflect, to listen, and to reconnect with what actually nourishes you.
Our retreats are open to all levels of yoga experience. After more than ten years of running retreats together, we know how to meet people where they are. Morning practices are progressive and dynamic, evening sessions are deeply restorative, and everything is offered with options so you can practice in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.
There is spaciousness woven through each day. Time to sit by the pool, walk among the trees, rest, journal, enjoy the sauna or cold plunge, or simply be quiet. There are moments of shared silence, balanced with heartfelt connection — meals together, conversations by the fire, and the ease that comes from being in community with like-minded people.
BlueGreen Sanctuary is a truly nurturing place — five acres of lush hinterland, a purpose-built yoga studio, swimming pools and beautiful accommodation designed for deep rest. You’ll be nourished with organic meals prepared by Byron Bay chef Aja Schofield, and there’s the option to book massage or facials with Jodi from Byron Spa to support you even more deeply.
