As soon as you meet her, you will understand! She is so lovely, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, warm and all in all a wonderful human! She will be joining us Mondays and Fridays in Bello...

Grace is a warm and empathetic practitioner whose goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to optimise your health and feel your best. She is passionate about body literacy and health education, so that the knowledge you gain whilst working together, you can take with you for the rest of your life.

A comprehensive health history guides the initial consultation, whilst your treatment plan is tailored to meet your needs. Weaving the latest clinical evidence with traditional knowledge, Grace will ensure you have the support you need to see change and feel strong.

Grace’s toolkit includes iridology, herbal and nutritional medicine, food as medicine, lifestyle support, microbiome mapping, flower essences, Yoga, and Yin Yoga.

Grace regularly runs six-week group programs, with a focus on learning how the body works, setting personal goals (with gentle accountability), and establishing healthy habits.

Grace is here to support people of all ages and genders, and offers a complimentary and obligation-free phone call to answer any queries you may have about working together.

As a process work therapist, Daisy is a facilitator of awareness and assists to uncover the healing processes already present and wanting to emerge within us to reveal themselves and bring their healing potential. These healing processes express themselves through our psyche, body, dreams and relationships in an attempt to bring information to conscious awareness. They contain the unique wisdom, solutions and insights needed to bring transformation, balance and wholeness. Daisy helps integrate and ground these experiences into everyday life, contributing to a deeper, more whole sense of self and relationship to others.

Daisy has a particular regard for dreamwork and is committed to the service of enlivening our relationship with dreams because of their phenomenal gifts, insights and guidance. The Process Work paradigm works with the concept that we are constantly dreaming, in a multitude of ways and this is the essence of the work. Night time dreams are an expression of a healing potential that can also show up in somatic experiences, movement, relationships and the world around us. One of our long-term bodywork practitioners, Lisa, currently has space for new clients.

With over 15 years of experience, Lisa offers an integrated approach to bodywork, drawing upon the following modalities:

• ZenThai Shiatsu – a dynamic blend of Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu and osteopathic influenced movements, restoring mobility, balance and energy.

• Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy – a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the nervous system, encourages deep rest and helps the body’s own intelligence reorganise from stress and strain.

• Somatic Therapy – an embodied process that invites present moment awareness of body sensations, thoughts and emotions, to release stored tension and support nervous system regulation.

• Remedial Massage – targeted treatment to ease muscle tension, support injury recovery and reduce pain.

Sessions are tailored to each individual, with a focus on supporting both the musculoskeletal and the nervous system.

After the rain.

I hope you have all been soaking up the blue sky & sunshine medicine of the past few days! How glorious has it been!!
