What a beautiful day of connection, learning, and community in Ireland! 💚

Dawson Program students came together for a special meet-up, with the wonderful Helen O’Flinn at the heart of it all (right where she belongs! ✨). Even though they were missing some of their current class students, the group spent the day refining their DPP knowledge, sharing insights, supporting one another, and strengthening the incredible network that makes this work so powerful.

Days like these remind us that learning doesn’t happen in isolation — it grows through connection, encouragement, laughter, and shared purpose.

Amazing work, everyone! Your dedication to growth and to each other is truly inspiring 🌟

Taking the day to be creative, I cant remember the last time I took the time to slow down and be creative in the morning. No responsibilities, no pressure just beautiful music, paints and an icy decaf on a humid day.

I hope today you find the time to be creative or take time just for you, I want to say its because you deserve it but its more than that,its deeper. You are MEANT to be creative, your soul, your spirit needs this, desires it daily. Not just for you but for others as well.

Lets start a revolution where this is the norm, where this is standard for us. Loosening the responsibility, the pressure, the to do lists, in favour of prioritising our own needs and wants.
