Using your emotions wheel (or simply feeling into your body)…
ask yourself:
✨ What am I ready to feel more of?
Is it:
Love
Calm
Confidence
Joy
Peace
Connection
Don’t overthink it —
just notice what your body is drawn to.
Once you’ve chosen your emotion…
Begin to connect with it.
✨ What would it feel like in your body?
✨ Where would you notice it first?
✨ How would you move, think, or show up differently?
Let yourself feel into it now — even just a little.
You can deepen this by:
🌿 Placing your hand on your body where it feels most present
🌿 Using an oil that supports that emotion
🌿 Visualising that feeling expanding through your body
🌿 Repeating a simple affirmation to anchor it in
This isn’t about forcing a feeling…
it’s about allowing your body to experience something new.
