These are much like the electrical wiring systems in your home, as they transport electricity around the entire structure of your home. Auric Fields - 7 energy fields through and surrounding the body that are either the protective (warning of danger) and communication systems (much like the phone and security systems in your home). If any of these systems are not functioning at the correct frequency the physical structure of the body is altered affecting the skeletal and muscular systems. This physical alteration in structure places pressure on the nervous system which in turns affects the functions of organs. Energy systems can malfunction due to a variety of causes often emotional (85% of illnesses have an emotional cause) chemical (including intolerances) or physical shock or trauma. In addition to direct causes genetic energy malfunctions can be passed down from ancestors or taken on from other people. To restore these energy systems to a balanced healthy state involves using the body's natural ability to heal itself and the following simple process: 1. determine which energy systems are malfunctioning when they failed and why. 2. Correct the malfunctioning frequency. Begin to connect with it.

✨ How would you move, think, or show up differently?

Let yourself feel into it now — even just a little.

You can deepen this by:

Using the emotions wheel…

Don’t overthink it —
just notice what stands out.

Once you’ve found it, get curious:

✨ Why is this here?
✨ What is it trying to teach me?
✨ What have I been holding onto… or not allowing myself to feel?

Then, instead of pushing it away…
spend some time with it.

Write a letter to it.
Talk to it.
Or simply sit with it.

No judgement — just curiosity and compassion. 🤍

Now gently bring your awareness into your body…

Where can you feel this emotion?
Your chest?
Your stomach?
Your throat?

Place your hand there…
breathe into it…
and allow it to soften.

This isn’t about fixing it.

Something that is coming up often with women at the moment is the disconnect with their body.

But what I’ve learned — both personally and through my work — is that sometimes it’s not about doing more.

It’s about understanding what your body is holding underneath it all.

Today (and even tomorrow), take a moment to really check in with your body.
Slow down…
breathe…
and tune in.

What is she actually asking for right now?

Feel into it or use Muscle Testing -
Is it:
✨ The way you’re nourishing your body — or your relationship with food?
✨ Gentle movement — like walking, stretching, or slowing things down?
✨ Extra support — like magnesium, zinc, iron, or B vitamins?
✨ Or something deeper… a need to reconnect with yourself?

If it feels like that last one — go to your space. You know the one… oils, books, crystals 🤍 Ask for guidance.

Why Polyphenols Matter (Deeper Understanding)

Something I’ve been learning more about lately… is how much inflammation, oxidative stress, and hormone imbalance are all connected when it comes to endometriosis and other chronic inflammatory illnesses.

It’s not just about pain.
It’s what’s happening underneath it all.

The constant inflammation…
The stress on the body…
The hormonal shifts (especially estrogen)…

All of this can create an environment where the body feels overwhelmed —
and this is where things like insulin resistance and fatigue can start to show up. 🤍

This is why I’ve been looking more into polyphenols.

These are natural plant compounds that support the body through:

✨ Acting as antioxidants (protecting our cells)

✨ Helping regulate how the body responds to stress

MetaPWR + Endometriosis (with deeper awareness)

Something I’ve been navigating for a long time now… is the impact endometriosis has on the body beyond just the pain.

For me, one of the biggest struggles has been how it affects things like energy, weight, and metabolism.

What many people don’t realise is that endometriosis isn’t just physical — it’s also deeply inflammatory and metabolic.

The constant inflammation, hormonal shifts (especially higher estrogen), and even the stress the body carries… can lead to things like insulin resistance.

Which can look like:
Feeling exhausted
Holding onto weight

And when cortisol (our stress hormone) is elevated from ongoing pain, it can further impact blood sugar and how the body functions.

It’s a lot for the body to hold. 🤍
