One of my favourite parts about the fit-outs we work on isn’t just the big picture, it’s the little details that really bring everything together.

The textures, lighting, materials and small design touches that make a space flow seamlessly and feel cohesive from one area to the next. When all those elements line up, the whole venue just feels right.

is a perfect example of that, from the warm timber finishes and industrial shelving through to the camp-inspired details and relaxed outdoor spaces. Every corner tells part of the story and ties the whole venue together.

Fresh new look for Fitzys Waterford! 🍻

We recently had the pleasure of working alongside Kingston Design & Construct to help deliver a fresh new upgrade to Fitzys Waterford.

Our team supplied and installed custom joinery throughout multiple areas of the venue, helping bring together a modern space for locals to enjoy!! Whether it’s catching the game, grabbing a meal, or settling in for a drink.

Projects like this are always a great collaboration, and it’s awesome to see the final result come together.

From where we’d rather be this Thursday…

Throwing it back to when we worked with Ashley Cooper on ABOVE the Mediterranean inspired Rooftop Bar at Ovolo in Fortitude Valley.

Farrago delivered a range of custom joinery across the space including the main bar, DJ booth, waiter station, planters and decorative screens, helping bring that relaxed rooftop vibe to life.

We had the pleasure of working alongside Evans Built and McLellan & Bush Architects to supply and install the joinery for The Lakes College’s new Performing Arts Precinct and Strength & Conditioning Gym.

The new precinct is an incredible space designed to inspire creativity and support students across the arts and performance programs.

The College’s Director of Performing Arts shared:

“Our new Performing Arts Precinct is more than just a building, it’s a space where creativity will thrive, confidence will grow, and every student will have the opportunity to find their voice. We are incredibly excited to open the doors and see our community come to life through the arts.”

Farrago is on the hunt for another legend to join the team full time in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.

If you’re the kind of person who gets way too excited about clean joins, perfectly flush panels, and the smell of fresh-cut timber… you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

We need someone with experience making bespoke joinery and furniture who takes pride in their work and enjoys building quality pieces.

You’ll be working on a mix of custom joinery and unique projects, alongside a solid crew who appreciate good craftsmanship, a bit of banter, and getting the job done properly.

You’ll probably fit right in if you:
• Have experience with bespoke joinery or furniture making
• Take pride in the details
• Know your way around a workshop
• Can have a laugh while still producing top-notch work

We signed off early for Christmas Party celebrations 🎄🎉🏌️‍♂️

The Farrago team swapped tools for golf clubs this afternoon for a few rounds and are finishing the night at Northern Grounds for dinner. Even better celebrating in a cracking venue we helped bring to life with our joinery package.

It has been a huge year with big projects, a growing team and plenty of laughs along the way. The crew have definitely earned a few beers and a good night out together. Cheers to that. 🍻

📣 Christmas Closure
Our factory will be closed from 19 December 25 to 12 January 26 while the team recharges for another big year ahead.
