✨️ This Sunday, 15 December, my wonderful friend is hosting a fabulous Wellbeing Day Fundraiser, with all proceeds going to — a charity that provides essential support to survivors of domestic violence.
Come along to a tranquil morning of sound healing, cacao, connection, rejuvenation, and inspiration, all while supporting the ‘Worthy’ cause. Let’s unite to create a safer, more compassionate world.

I have the honour of being a facilitator and will be guiding a heart-centred cacao circle, where we’ll enjoy a cup of Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao (100% handmade by ), and partake in meditation, oracle cards and journalling.
