Q: Do I need a referral to book a hearing test?
A: No referral is needed. You can book directly with our clinic.
Q: How long does a hearing test take?
A: Most hearing tests take 30 – 60 minutes, including results and recommendations.
Q: Are hearing tests free?
A: Yes if you are a pensioner and eligible for HSP (Hearing Services Program) voucher.
We offer full diagnostic tests will incur a fee as this includes air and bone conduction testing, masking, speech audiometry testing, tympanograms and percentage loss results where necessary if for insurance/compensation. Reporting to Dr and quotation as necessary.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes, insurance cover from private health, travel or home insurance.
Q: Do you offer hearing aids repairs and adjustments?
A: Yes, we provide in-clinic hearing aid repairs, cleanings and adjustments.
