Who would’ve thought?!
In just 8 weeks I’ve built the endurance and strength to take on Pro Hyrox. I couldn’t even push 152kg… and now I’m doing it. I couldn’t carry 24kg in each arm… and now it feels like part of the routine.

It’s been such an exciting ride — and doing it alongside Beth makes it even better. We work so well together as a team, pushing each other, backing each other, and having a laugh along the way.

The support from the fellow Primal Primates has been incredible. Every cheer, every “you’ve got this,” every bit of energy in that gym has carried me further than I ever thought I could go. I honestly feel so supported, and it’s made all the difference.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: anyone can accomplish what they put their mind to. Start where you are, keep showing up, and watch what happens. 💪🔥

HYROX Melbourne — Saturday, 13 December 2025 🏋🏼‍♀️🔥
The event continues with competitions for HYROX Women in both Open & Pro divisions, as well as HYROX Adaptive Women, giving athletes of all levels the chance to put their endurance and functional fitness to the test.

Pairs working together through the classic HYROX format of running plus eight functional workout stations.

My favourite 😍. …..🥥☕ Mocha Recovery Shake (Post-Run Version) 5days to Noosa tri ⚡️

Ingredients:
• 1 serve True Protein plant protein (chocolate or coffee flavour)
• 1 scoop creatine my way up
• 1 scoop True collagen
• 1 Performance Coffee (cooled or over ice)
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 tsp peanut butter or almond butter
• 200–250 ml coconut water
• Ice cubes

Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or sea salt to enhance flavour and electrolyte balance
