What an absolutely incredible experience — the buzz, the energy, the atmosphere… so inspiring! 💫

I had the privilege of teaming up with my amazing stepdaughter in DUAL FUEL and she absolutely crushed it!
So proud of you, Mim! 🙌💥

HYROX Melbourne — Saturday, 13 December 2025 🏋🏼‍♀️🔥
The event continues with competitions for HYROX Women in both Open & Pro divisions, as well as HYROX Adaptive Women, giving athletes of all levels the chance to put their endurance and functional fitness to the test.

Pairs working together through the classic HYROX format of running plus eight functional workout stations.

My favourite 😍. …..🥥☕ Mocha Recovery Shake (Post-Run Version) 5days to Noosa tri ⚡️

Ingredients:
• 1 serve True Protein plant protein (chocolate or coffee flavour)
• 1 scoop creatine my way up
• 1 scoop True collagen
• 1 Performance Coffee (cooled or over ice)
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 tsp peanut butter or almond butter
• 200–250 ml coconut water
• Ice cubes

Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or sea salt to enhance flavour and electrolyte balance

🥗 Roasted Cauliflower, Quinoa & Feta Salad

Golden roasted cauliflower, protein-packed quinoa & lentils, creamy feta, chickpeas, fresh herbs and a zesty Dijon–honey dressing. 🌿✨
It’s wholesome, hearty and perfect for meal-prep or your next family lunch.

📋 Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets • Olive oil • Sea salt • Spinach • Quinoa & lentils • Chickpeas • Currants • Fresh herbs • Spring onion • Toasted almonds • Feta or goats cheese

🥄 Dressing:
Olive oil • Dijon mustard • Apple cider vinegar • Honey or maple • Lemon juice

🔥 Method:
Roast cauliflower until golden ➡️ Cook grains ➡️ Mix dressing ➡️ Toss everything together & drizzle.

Healthy never looked (or tasted) so good! 💛

This morning’s plate: eggs, bean sprouts, leek, baby spinach, creamy avocado and gluten-free toast. Simple, whole-food fuel that keeps me powered up for another 10 km run today 🏃‍♀️💨
