We will be closed over the Christmas public holidays (25-26th December) and on the 1st of January. We are open for urgent appointments on Saturday 27th December between 10-11 and business as usual Monday 29th December ☺️

You might have noticed our team popping in purple on Friday's as part of the Say No to Family Violence campaign.
Earlier in the year we also received a grant for members of our team to complete training on identifying and responding to domestic and family violence, delivered by Safer Families Centre and the University of Melbourne.
Church Street Surgery is a safe space with staff trained to assist you. We Say No to Family Violence 💜

You are eligible for a free flu shot under the National Immunisation Program if you are:

- under 5 years
- Pregnant
- between 5 and 64 with an eligible chronic health condition
-over 65

All other patients will need to request a script.
