Today I joined a bunch of other health professionals in Adelaide for the Gender Healthcare Summit 2025 with a focus on working towards a holistic model of care for young people with gender-related distress.

We heard from many speakers, but was fortunate to hear from Dr Riittakerttu Kaltiala, Adolescent Psychiatrist all the way from Finland who headed their national gender identity service and who have since moved towards psychotherapy and a holistic care approach.

We never stop learning. 🎓
