Love this from our friend Sarah Blooming Heart Therapy ❤️
I am going to steal the word Perception as my word for the year because I've been thinking a LOT about that lately!
Do you have a New Years Eve ritual? Some people have big ones, some have small ones, and others like to just let it happen without paying it any attention.
Whatever your plan is. Go gently, honor what you need and if possible, take a moment to notice the transition ✨️
✨ As the Year Ends: Reflect, Appreciate, and Look Ahead 🌟
The end of the year is upon us—a time to pause, reflect, and prepare for the possibilities ahead.
I used to dread New Year’s Eve, a feeling I inherited from my mother’s fear of the unknown. Over time, I’ve embraced it as a balance of curiosity and excitement. To transition gracefully into the new year, I follow a few rituals:
🌟 Reflect: What gifts did 2025 bring? What lessons came from the challenges? How have you grown this year?
🦋 Choose a Word: A single word can set the tone for the year ahead. My word for 2026 is perception. What’s yours?
🎨 Create a Vision: Whether through vision boards or symbolic creations like butterflies (a nod to transformation), envision the year you want to create.
Take time to honour your journey, be kind to yourself, and embrace your growth. What made 2025 meaningful for you?
Wishing you a peaceful close to the year and a transformative start to 2026.
Much love,
Sarah
