Grief and sorrow yearn to be felt, expressed and witnessed with compassion.

Humans encounter grief for lots of things - the death of a loved one, the loss of a job or identity, our good health, a stage of life, the state of the world or the dreams we once held.

Bridget from Lotus Reflections is a death doula who will be holding grief circles at the Heart of Hargreaves. A shared and held space where we can be with all of the human emotions.
