I’m sitting on the floor of my studio, not because it looks aesthetic
but because this is where the future of my work is being built.

As a massage therapist, I love the hands-on work.
But hands alone don’t create long-term relief.

Education. Awareness. Movement. Nervous system safety.
That’s what supports the body beyond the table.

Right now I’m building digital systems — assessments, guides, programs,
so I can support those who cannot make it to my studio, so my clients don’t rely on appointments forever,
and so my body doesn’t have to carry the entire workload to create income. If the body stops so does the income…

Learning the digital space hasn’t been easy.
It’s stretched me. Triggered old fears. Exposed gaps.
Web design, systems, tech — it’s a LOT.

But this is legacy work.
This is future freedom for my family.

And if you’re a therapist, bodyworker, or service-based professional
who isn’t using the digital space yet
I genuinely believe now is the time to start learning.

Not to replace your work.
But to support it. Sustain it. And expand it.

Beyond the table is where I’m building & Long-term relief requires more than hands.
