Libby has over 20 years of experience working with the DFFH and has spent the past two years with My Village Carers. She brings compassion, experience, and a strong commitment to supporting our aged care participants.

Libby believes everyone deserves quality care delivered with empathy, respect, and dignity. She takes the time to listen, understand, and build trust with those she supports, ensuring every person feels valued and cared for.

To Libby, My Village Carers truly lives up to its name: a team built on authenticity, respect, and genuine care for one another and the people we support.

Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dogs to the beach, and watching true crime documentaries.

Invisible Disability Week

Not all disabilities can be seen and that’s why understanding, compassion and inclusion matter more than ever.

This week we recognise and support those living with invisible disabilities, including psychosocial disabilities, FND, neurodivergent conditions, chronic pain, and so many more that often go unseen.

At My Village Carers, we believe that every person deserves to be understood, supported and respected, no matter what their disability looks like.

Meet Meg Armstrong- NDIS Client Services

With over 2.5 years of experience in support work, Meg brings both frontline insight and leadership strength to her role. Having transitioned from hands-on care into an office-based position, she now focuses on helping participants navigate and make the most of their NDIS services.

Meg’s background as a team leader has equipped her with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and she’s passionate about ensuring every participant feels supported, heard, and empowered on their journey.

Outside of work, Meg loves concerts and live music, singing, tattoos, road trips, coffee, and spending quality time with family and friends.

At My Village Carers, Meg is dedicated to personal growth and making a lasting difference in the lives of participants. She values the supportive environment, opportunities for learning, and the chance to watch both participants and staff grow and thrive together.

We currently have capacity to take on referrals for support.
