Peri 2 Meno – The More You Know, The Better You Glow is not your average ladies’ lunch. We’re serving up lunch, laughs, real talk, and facts about the rollercoaster that is perimenopause and menopause.
At its core, the event is about stripping back the stigma around menopause and midlife health, and creating a safe, inclusive space for women to learn, laugh, and feel seen.
The program includes engaging, bite-sized presentations from expert speakers, a Q&A panel, and the opportunity for connection and community.
Our Speakers:
- Dr Fatima Khan – Renowned menopause specialist, media contributor and educator known for her holistic and accessible approach to women’s health.
- Rachel Jobling – Nutritionist and personal trainer with a passion for supporting hormone health and vitality through nutrition and movement.
- Emilie Nyman – Osteopath, yoga and wellness facilitator specialising in mindful movement and holistic wellbeing.
- Krista Phillips – Social Worker and Sexologist with postgraduate studies in psychosexual therapy.
Your ticket includes a drink on arrival, 2 course lunch and a tonne of information!
Dress code; Dopamine dress, wear clothes that boost the happy hormones (in other words, wear something that makes you feel great)!
This is a community event. All money raised will be donated to Courage & Crowns - Megan Simpson to facilitate FREE community workshops to create powerful shifts in how young people see themselves and relate to others.
