Easter can bring a change in routine. More downtime, travel or simply a break from the usual schedule.
But that doesn’t mean your rehab needs to stop completely. Keeping some level of movement, even if it’s reduced, can help maintain progress and prevent stiffness or setbacks.
It might look like a short walk, a few key exercises, or simply staying mindful of how your body is feeling day to day. The goal isn’t to be perfect — it’s to stay connected to your routine in a way that feels manageable.
A little consistency over the break can make it much easier to get back into rhythm afterwards.
