Hello, a quick update.
I will be taking some time away from my business while I complete my final placement for my Social Work degree. I will be reopening for business in December.

Hello, as we head into the second week of 2023 I hope you find yourselves going slowly, making time for rest & play.
Many of us are still recovering from our previously busy year & additional rest is needed.
In 2023 the energy is lightening up with many opportunities for those of us ready to awaken & lead more purposeful lives & move through old patterns.
We are being supported in finding greater balance in our lives & cautioned not to over extended ourselves.
This year invites personal growth for all of us, I invite you to be curious & become the observer of any triggers or habits you are wanting to transcend in 2023.
Be gentle & compassionate with yourselves & look to move with the flow rather than against it.
