Yes! Poor balance can be an indicator of how the rest of the body is tracking. And while practising balance poses might not lengthen your life per se, balancing regularly helps keep your proprioceptive system functioning well.
If you don’t use it, you lose it.
That’s why manageable, accessible balance practices are an integral part of Gentle Yoga & Meditation. I still have space in my Friday 6am class, commencing this week. Interested? Comment below
