Part-time (2–3 days per week) | Join our friendly pharmacy team at Emily Roberts Pharmacy.
Are you that person who actually enjoys a good spreadsheet, loves crossing things off a list, and gets a thrill from having everything running like clockwork? Then we want you on our team!
We’re on the lookout for an experienced admin legend to help keep our pharmacy running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the organisational glue — the one who keeps claims tidy, invoices sorted, accounts on track, and everything where it should be (because chaos gives you hives).

What You’ll Be Doing (in a nutshell):
• Reconciling credits and keeping claims (7CPA, TAC, WorkCover, etc.) under control
• Managing invoices, accounts, and payments
• Accepting deliveries and keeping records neat and up to date
• Handling client statements and communications
• Supporting the pharmacy team with general admin tasks
• Posting the occasional social media update or store notice (bonus points if you love Canva!)
• Basically… keeping our admin life beautifully in order 🙌

You’ll Shine If You:
• Have previous admin experience (pharmacy or medical admin = big plus!)
• Are detail-obsessed and love doing things properly
• Communicate clearly and kindly, both on the phone and in person with staff, clients, and suppliers
• Can juggle tasks, stay calm under pressure, and get things done efficiently
• Are proactive, you notice what needs doing before anyone has to ask
• Have solid computer skills and aren’t afraid of learning new systems

Please be aware that we will be undergoing a power outage on Wednesday April 2nd, 2025.

During this time we will still be open. However, we will be unable to process any prescriptions, shop items, and phones will be unavailable.
