This heat is diabolical!! ☀️45 degrees in our hometown of Bendigo yesterday and multiple days coming up nearly as hot!

Through my work as a dietitian, I (Jordy) speak with people almost daily about the benefits of being hydrated (better brain function, skin health, digestion, improved energy levels, prevention of headaches and fatigue that are caused by dehydration.. the list goes on!).
Lots of people tell me they really struggle to drink enough, so we discuss all the ways to get more fluids in.

Find our antioxidant rich iced tea recipe on our website. This one is made with our ginger and lemongrass tea (blend: ‘Ginga’). Hello tea lovers 🌱 2026 has well and truly arrived😅

We’ve gone for a quiet reset this year, and are focusing on doing the daily habits that make us feel good!

Hopefully you’re doing the same, and if you’re feeling behind already, join us in getting back to basics: hydrate (tea counts and don’t forget iced tea in this warm weather!), go for a walk around the block, go to bed early, practice mindfulness, and eat plenty of fruit and veggies!

Our teas are packed in 100% biodegradable and compostable bags made from renewable materials, with no plastic or microplastics. After steeping, simply compost the leaves and tea bag in your home green waste bin. Enjoy your daily cup while reducing landfill waste ☕♻️

This program “Donate to Life” is run through Bendigo Health Foundation, and we will have a representative there on the day, so that you can learn about this valuable program.
