We have some exciting news to share… Three of our teas and our website have just taken home awards at the 2025 Golden Leaf Awards!

🥇 Gold: ‘Parisian Grey’. (Black Tea: Earl Grey French/Non-Traditional). Our second award for this tea.
🥇 Gold: Best Tea Website. Our first website award!
🥉 Bronze: ‘Bendigo Awakenings’ (Black Tea: Breakfast Blends). Our fourth award for this tea.

Our advice:

This heat is diabolical!! ☀️45 degrees in our hometown of Bendigo yesterday and multiple days coming up nearly as hot!

Through my work as a dietitian, I (Jordy) speak with people almost daily about the benefits of being hydrated (better brain function, skin health, digestion, improved energy levels, prevention of headaches and fatigue that are caused by dehydration.. the list goes on!).
Lots of people tell me they really struggle to drink enough, so we discuss all the ways to get more fluids in.

Hello tea lovers 🌱 2026 has well and truly arrived😅

We’ve gone for a quiet reset this year, and are focusing on doing the daily habits that make us feel good!

Hopefully you’re doing the same, and if you’re feeling behind already, join us in getting back to basics: hydrate (tea counts and don’t forget iced tea in this warm weather!), go for a walk around the block, go to bed early, practice mindfulness, and eat plenty of fruit and veggies!
