Another session of crafting coming right up! Tomorrow we are making Woolen Bowls and continuing with some of our previous sessions crafts💜🧡

Women of SASS is a weekly social group for female NDIS participants, offering an inclusive, safe, and supportive space to connect with others. Each week brings something new — from arts and crafts 🎨 and cooking 👩‍🍳 to excursions 🚗, games 🎲, and more!

📅 When: Tuesdays, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
📍 Where: Murphy House, 5–7 Murphy Street, Kennington

This program in partnership with The Entertainers Performing Arts Studio is such an incredible initiative, and we’re so proud to have it up and running. 💜🧡

The Ironstone Hill Saturday Program is social group is for NDIS funded children aged 5 - 16 years, run weekly during the school term between 10am - 2pm.

🌟 FREE Chair Yoga program to support positive ageing 🌟

This yoga program supports positive ageing in a fun, welcoming environment where adults aged 55+ can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mental wellbeing – all from the comfort of a chair!

The sessions will run from February 12 to March 5, with classes held each Thursday at the Elmore Community Hub from 10am to 11am.

No experience needed, just come as you are!
