This is a good reminder. This is also something I have adapted in my practice. There are many professionals who use adaptations of this, gratitude and good things, mine is writing three things that went well, just before going to sleep. They can be little things, enjoyed a coffee, had a shower, got out of bed, but finding those three things each day, helps us rewire our brains to do as this clip says, look for the glimmers π
