Apparently these houses in Cape Town have always been brightly painted since the end of apartheid. As part of the oppression they had to be painted white.

Now their colours are an expression & celebration of freedom 🎉

🌸 Spring is such a beautiful time of year in the garden. Every day a new blossom emerges. I love my garden, it brings me such peace & joy. It’s a place I can express creativity & feel nurtured & connected to Mother Nature.

Not all paths look the same. Just pick one & see where it takes you. Life’s an adventure, there’ll always be plenty of bumps, twists & turns along the way. That’s where possibilities lie & the magic happens. The Universe provides so much more than we could ever imagine. So let go of the limitations of the mind & see what’s possible. Most importantly be open to receiving from a place of love & gratitude. The Universe will take care of the rest.

🧘‍♀️ We’ve come to the end of another yoga term. Where does the time go?

💝 Thank you ladies for joining me each week. It’s such a joy to be able to share what I love & support you in your yoga journey.

🥣 Also thank you to the beautiful souls who attended this morning’s Sound Bath Meditation. The energy was powerful as the room filled with sound & vibration. What a privilege it is to be able to share the gifts of these special instruments. Such a beautiful way to end the yoga term.

🌸 Most of you know how much I love gardening, I’m very impressed as this is the first Poppy I’ve ever grown. And there’s more on the way.
