Hello YUJ community 🤍

We wanted to share a little update as we reopen with Ula Earthside. We’ve just come out of a deeply nourishing and spacious time away, and it feels so good to return in a way that truly honours this season of life.

Things will look a little different moving forward…

With my time devoted to little Ula, I’ll be opening small, intentional pockets to share this work. There will be:

• Saturday pop-up workshops & classes - book online
• 3 spaces available for one-on-one sessions each week (Sound Healing, Theta Healing & Energy Work) -book via 0466330250

These 1:1 sessions are for those who feel called to go deeper — into the subconscious, into rewiring, remembering, and coming home to self…
Living in harmony with your true nature and creating a more balanced, aligned life.

If you’re longing for connection and community, keep an eye out for upcoming sound healings and workshops — these spaces are so special for gathering, softening, and growing together.

Scott and I will also be co-creating Breathwork Journeys again, and he has so many new offerings to share with you all — meditation, breathwork, men’s work, and more… with another post to come from him soon.

There is so much more unfolding… and I feel a deep knowing that this next chapter is meant to be shared with you all 🤍

Hello beautiful YUJ family 🤍

My first event back 15 th March is with the beautiful Megan from , and I couldn’t imagine a more special event to return with.

This gathering feels extra meaningful as it’s my first event since welcoming Ula into the world… and my darling little girl will be there right by my side.

It feels so aligned to return in a space that honours the sacred bond between mother and daughter—the way we grow together, heal together, and co-regulate through love, presence, and connection.

PART 2 Eventually, I felt the call to move inside. I had laid out the Ascended Masters cards, and again and again, one presence rose above the rest — Kali.
With each surge, I closed my eyes and felt her with me — fierce, wild, loving. The great destroyer of what no longer serves. Kali stood beside me, helping me surrender everything that needed to fall away so I could birth Ula.
It felt as though Kali and Ula were working together — clearing the pathway, dissolving old patterns, healing and transforming the sacred feminine lineage. This birth was not only about bringing a baby into the world, but about changing something ancient, moving forward differently. Ula came as a way-shower.
When doubt briefly flickered, I recognised it as transition. I knew it was time to enter the pool.
In the water, everything intensified — physically, energetically, spiritually. The surges grew powerful and primal. Sound has always been one of my greatest tools, and birthing Ula was loud, raw, embodied. With each bearing down, Kali’s energy rose like a dark tornado, clearing all that no longer belonged. Just before each release, there was a lightning crack bright and electric,followed by deep peace & stillness.
Again and again, Ula drew herself down. Again and again, darkness lifted and light broke through.
During one surge, I lifted my left leg and her head emerged. She was born en caul, wrapped in her own love bubble, protected and held.
Because her head came above the water, I stepped out of the pool. Beside it, with one final surge, she kicked free — the waters bursting and Tud caught her, with Chilli by his side, passing her straight into my arms.
A wave of joy and love washed over me.
We did it.
She was here.
Ula Rose Nanda Tuddenham — jewel of the sea, rose of the deep, our sunshine. Her energy was instantly ancient, calm, divine.
We moved into the breast crawl, the sacred latch. Chilli witnessed it all — swimming beside me, later cutting Ula’s cord. I feel in my bones that witnessing her sacred arrival anchored a profound bond between them. It was a ceremony. it was a remembrance. it was transfomation. I hope this inspires you to trust birth, your body, and your power ! XO

Born 2 nd December at 2:58pm in at home , weighing 7.07lbs, wrapped in the sacred veil of an en caul birth.
A soul so ancient and powerful — it felt like we already knew her long before she arrived. And now she rests in our arms, earth-side at last.

Thank you, truly, for all the prayers, love and well-wishes woven around our little family. I can’t wait to share her birth story — a journey of trust, spirit, and love. 🤍
