Boundaries
🛑💙 Boundaries Are Self-Care
Setting personal boundaries is an important part of taking care of yourself.
Boundaries help you honor and respect your emotional, psychological, and physical needs - and remind others to do the same.
Here are some boundary statements to try out:
- If you need time to think : I don’t know off the top of my head. Let me get back to you.
- Uncomfortable conversations: I understand we don’t agree, but I’d like to keep this conversation respectful.
- To many demands: I have to protect my time, so I won’t be able to take this on right now.
It’s okay to say no.
It’s okay to protect your time and energy.
Taking care of you matters 💫

🌙💤 Sleep = Stronger Minds 💙
Did you know your sleep and mental health are closely connected?
Not getting enough sleep can increase stress and emotional struggles, while a good night’s rest helps your brain and emotions stay strong and balanced.
✨ The goal:
Healthy adults should aim for 7–9 hours of sleep each night.
Better sleep = better mood, focus, and resilience for school, work, and everyday life.
So tonight, power down, rest up, and take care of your mind 🧠💤’’

Today is a Day of Mourning.

At 7.01pm tonight, we invite you to join us in the national minute of silence to honour the 15 lives lost in the Bondi terrorist attack.
We encourage simple acts of kindness today; checking in on a neighbour, supporting others, sharing a meal, or lighting a candle in remembrance and solidarity with the Jewish community.

Light will win.
