Boom Baby!!! Lyam Murray has joined the AWA sponsored athlete team.
Over the past 7 years he has dedicated countless training hours in the gym, 6-7 days a week to prepare for numerous body building competitions. Lyam recently had a top 5 finish at the INBA Victorian titles, placed 2nd at the AWA Bendigo Classic & 3rd at the WFF Victorian titles. Now training with coach Rhys Evans, team 2Bgreat, Lyam will undoubtedly have many more top stage winnings to look forward too!!
To Lyams credit he is a humble, genuine guy, who is more than happy to give advice and guidance if needed. So if you see him in the gym say G'day - I'm sure you will learn a few new pointers!!
