Hi everyone!
I’m super excited to share with you all that I’ll soon be opening a little yoga studio in Bendigo! No official opening date yet, but rest assured it will be lovely, and you will be held in love within the space!
There will be a range of styles on offer that will touch on all the different types of training I have done over my 20 years of being a yoga teacher. There will also be a variety of teachers who will also share their radiant energy and grace with you all.
I will soon be closing down this account as I transition away from YOGAone and into .

Namaste beautiful souls. After an amazing retreat recently in Hepburn Springs, all the details for my next retreat are coming together beautifully. The last retreat booked up quickly, and this one has booked up even quicker! One lucky last room has just become available again. Saturday yoga at starts up again this week! 9am start, so please arrive a wee bit earlier if you’re coming. $20 casual attendance, or you can pay for the whole term for a discounted fee.

Saturday mornings in this delightful little space have come to an end for this term. This coming Tuesday night will be the last for the term. And Thursday morning’s 6am class will finish up on the 3rd April.

Hi everyone! I hope you’ve all had a lovely break over the holiday season and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Yoga is back to our three weekly regular classes this week! Including the first class being held at Ironbark tennis club (starting this Thursday at 6am).

It’s not too late to book your regular spot in for the term, and currently there are still spaces available for you to attend any class casually.

The cost of a casual attendance has gone up to $20 per class, or it’s a fair bit cheaper to attend and pay upfront for the whole term.

A little reminder that there’s no yoga tonight. And from next week all classes will run as normal, with the commencement of term 1 for both the Thursday and Saturday morning classes. The Thursday morning class will be held within the Ironbark Tennis club rooms. Both the other classes will be held at as normal. Note the NEW TIME of 9am Saturday morning.
I hope to see you back on the mat in 2025.
