📅 Hours: Full-time
💰 Pay: SCHADS Award Level 5 – $51/hr (≈ $100,776 p.a. pro-rata) + salary packaging
🚗 A company vehicle is available for travel to OSHC sites
📚 Training & induction provided
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Children’s Services Team Leader to plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging, inclusive OSHC programs during school terms and holidays. You’ll lead teams, ensure compliance, and partner with families and stakeholders to create enriching experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead development of age-appropriate, engaging activities
✅ Collaborate with parents, caregivers, staff, and stakeholders
✅ Provide leadership, supervision, and ensure regulatory compliance
✅ Maintain accurate program records and enforce safety standards
✅ Create and monitor policies and procedures
✅ Support the Children’s Services Manager
About You
✅ A recognised minimum qualification as per the National Quality Framework
✅ 3+ years leadership experience in child services/education/disability
✅ Passion for child development and education
✅ Strong ethics, child safety, and WHS knowledge
✅ Adaptable, flexible, and resilient
