Remedial massage is more than just about relaxation. It’s a targeted treatment used to manage pain, support recovery, and improve movement.

People commonly seek remedial massage to:
• Relieve muscular tension
• Support injury recovery and rehabilitation
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Reduce postural strain from work or training
• Enhance recovery and performance

Remedial massage works best as a proactive approach not just when pain becomes severe. if this sounds like you and you want to level up in 2026 why wait ?

Did you know I can feel stress in my clients’ bodies?

When you’re in a constant state of stress, it doesn’t just affect your mind. It can be physically apparent and affect your overall health.

There are a few simple things you can do each day to help your body de-tense. Slow, deep breathing, pausing, then fully exhaling can help calm your nervous system. Even a short 5–10-minute walk can clear your head, while gentle stretching can release built-up tension in your neck, shoulders, and back. Giving yourself a moment to pause by counting to ten can help you reset before reacting, and grounding yourself by noticing what you can see, touch, and feel can bring your body back into the present moment.

In your initial appointment, we don’t just focus on massage. We also talk through techniques you can use between sessions to support your long-term health and wellbeing.

Have you been stretching?

That’s the first question I ask athletes when they come to see me. Why? Because so many of the injuries I see could be prevented with proper pre- and post-activity stretching.

Your body isn’t a machine. It needs to be maintained for both performance and longevity. Don’t sideline yourself with something that could have been avoided.

If you’d like a stretching demonstration or want to book an assessment appointment, feel free to message me.

It’s 2026, and it’s time to start prioritising you.

What are your goals this year? Living pain-free? Moving better? Performing at your best?

I’m here to help make it happen. Through targeted treatment, I help relieve pain, improve mobility, and support faster healing by addressing underlying issues in muscles, tendons, and connective tissues. This reduces tension, improves circulation, and supports better posture, helping your body function at its best.

There’s often an assumption that you need to be doing a physically demanding job to injure yourself, but that’s not always the case.

Repetitive movements, constant hand use, or even long hours sitting at a desk and looking down at a screen can all cause strain and injury.

If you have some time off, take a moment to really listen to your body. And if something doesn’t feel right, get it checked. I’m also a big believer in preventative care. Regular remedial massage can help reduce tension and prevent injuries before they escalate.

I have appointments available, so feel free to message me if you’d like support.

Now, I know what you’re thinking… Jayden, why are you posting a brick wall? Well, there are a couple of reasons.

Remedial massage isn’t just for relaxation or a treat-yourself moment. It’s for anyone working a job that demands manual labour or repetitive movement, especially tradesmen. The physical strain of heavy lifting, awkward postures, and day-to-day repetition can lead to ongoing pain and musculoskeletal issues. Remedial massage is a powerful tool to manage that load, keep you moving well, and help prevent injuries before they stop you in your tracks.

And here’s the second reason for the brick wall…

There’s a mentality, particularly among men and tradies, that you “push through the pain” and it’ll eventually go away. I want to help break that mindset… break that brick wall.

You deserve to feel your best. You deserve to take care of yourself.

Don’t let pain hold you back or cut your life short of all the things you love.

Looking after your body isn’t a weakness. It’s smart, and it keeps you doing what you do best.

I thought it was time to jump in front of the camera and introduce myself!

If we haven’t met before, my name is Jayden.
Becoming a massage therapist wasn’t originally on my radar. After years of working in the mining industry and experiencing ongoing exercise-related injuries, I wanted to learn how to better care for my own body. That curiosity led me here and sparked a passion for helping others do the same.

One thing I’m really passionate about is preventative care. You don’t need to wait for an injury to seek support. Whether you work at a desk, in a physical job, or anything in between, your body deserves looking after and early care can make a huge difference.

I’m excited to meet you all and continue helping however I can. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. I’m always happy to help.

Just because it’s the end of the year doesn’t mean your well-being should take a back seat.
This is one of the busiest and most stressful times of the year, and our bodies feel it long before we notice it mentally.

Tension, soreness, tight shoulders, headaches… they all build up as the year wraps up.

We’ll be taking a short break over Christmas and New Year’s, but there’s still time to prioritise you before then.
Don’t head into the holiday season feeling sore, exhausted, or less than your best.

Your body carries you through everything. Let’s give it the attention it deserves

3 signs your neck pain is actually originating from your shoulders…

Upper trapezius hypertonicity

Overactive or shortened upper trap fibres commonly refer pain into the cervical region and base of the skull.
Scapular protraction (forward shoulder posture)

Prolonged desk work increases load on the levator scapulae and upper traps, contributing to cervical stiffness and reduced mobility.
Occipital-starting headaches

Trigger points in the upper traps, levator scapulae, or suboccipital muscles can refer pain upward, producing tension-type headaches.

In many cases, the neck is the secondary site of pain, reacting to dysfunction in surrounding musculature. Remedial massage can help address these biomechanical imbalances and restore optimal movement patterns.

Want to pinpoint the origin of your discomfort? Let’s assess it together.

Did you know remedial massage therapy can make a huge difference for athletes?

After experiencing my own injuries, one of my biggest goals was to turn my practice into a supportive hub for athletes.

Remedial massage helps enhance recovery, improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce injury risk, and support better performance. It boosts blood flow, relieves muscle tension, eases soreness, and helps break down scar tissue, keeping your body primed for what you love most.

That’s why we offer massage sessions specifically tailored for athletes.
If you’re feeling pain or struggling with recovery, reach out. We’re here to help in any way we can.
