Glenn’s start date was 16th Jan 2025, currently 35+ kg loss all from fat.
Zero loss in muscle or metabolism (BMR)
We aimed for a daily calorie deficit of 500-1000kCal with 3 training sessions pw.
It can’t be underestimated how a transformation like this can impact everyone involved
It’s not rocket science, all you need is the right plan, some commitment & consistency.
If you’re not getting the results you want you either have the wrong plan or lack the discipline. Stop looking for the easy option, just show up and do the work💪
