DRY NEEDLING

What is Dry Needling?
Dry Needling is a technique where our expert physio’s insert extremely thin needles through the skin into areas of the muscle known as myofascial trigger points

Why do it?
By eliciting “twitch responses” from your muscles/trigger points, we can not only help your condition by reducing your pain, but also significantly improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion, helping you move better and therefore get better quicker
